Wasn't that part of the game since the start though?

Sacrificing a lvl 1 to get scans?

I dont think the scans need changed because of that. I would like to see the arrows not be shown if you dont have a ship in system or in the inbound system to make it harder to follow enemy movement though

maybe make it so level1 ships dont give any scans, level2 only show incoming/outgoing
I'm not sure how difficult it is to program it though.

I really honestly do not see a need to change scans based on lvl 1s getting bunnied to remove vision on a sector. The lvl 1s put in that situation fal under 1 of 2 categories
1) They hypered there knowing they might/will die to provide their LC with the intel he needs to decide jump in or not for the rest of the legion or
2) They are inactive and probably dont care if tehy get bunnied.

If its the first, they will be back. If its the second, they are gone already.

Now, the bunnying that everyone hates is blob a and blob b are fighting in the same sector. Player A in blob a at lvl 4/5 targets and kills player in blob b at lvl 1 just for a kill or to be a dick.
Or, player A at lvl 4/5 is in sector/hypers into a secotr with a lvl 1 in a diff legion and kills them.

SO I guess maybe ecvej is right in that scans might encourage bunnying, but its only in case of tactical needs. And in those situations the lvl 1 are volunteering to be blown up to provide much needed intel

Have put the AP sector list and the LC activity page in alphabetical order. Have also started looking at something for accidental hypers.

About to test accidental hypering code. Please ignore any people you see jumping out then being put back in their original sector, they are helping me test.

If you're having trouble hypering try double clicking the sector you want to go to.

Ok on browsers double click as fast as you like and you should hyper.

On a phone you have to tap the sector you want twice but not too close together if your phone zooms in / out on a rapid double click. Even this is still quicker than old tvs map via phone.
