We have added an LC scrap system. Scrap dumped by reppers now go into their legion's scrap system instead of going directly onto the homeworld. Minor thing, but would be nice to have Scrap dumped to be included in the HW Logs in the LC panel.

The 500 scrap/move is a really good idea too, I think that in conjunction with the scrap limits per level would make a 1:1 points for scrap very well balanced but still make it important.

VC/LC should have the ability to flag a message as "important" when creating it (or replying but creating would suffice in most cases, imo).

Just make it so the amount of scrap you can carry scales with the ship's level. L1 = 0 L2 = 1000 L3 = 2000 L4 = 3000 L5 = 4000 The L1 not being able to carry scrap is intentional in my design, but they could have the 1000 base and then scale it up to 5000 if that was desired. I took the value of a HMR for each level and divided by the self rep value at that level and rounded up to the nearest integer. Then for each of those I took the inverse (1 divided by said number) to get the percentage. Level 3 for example: 3000 / 150 = 20 1/20 = .05 (5%) The logic is per selfrep so...
