The ship distribution ain't working correctly Tibs and Krills only got 2 players since the frantic reset while the Jax got 4 players and the Bors got 5

I think this frantic is not working right still the ship distribution is not working correctly the Tibs and Krills only 2 players a piece whil the Jax got 4 and the Bors now got 5.Please fix this problem so we can have a balanced game thank u.
