It's a fantastic idea and one I'm still pushing for in game and out of game. I think the main reason it didn't get implemented at the time was due to the lack of free time and lack of help that the admins had at the time. I think as long as you were to limit the amount that NSA generates every tick to a minimal amount, say 200 or so, it should balance out pretty well. I like this idea. And make it so you spawn as a level 1 and can choose your combat/piloting distribution. It would help keep activity going for those players that lose cruisers/carriers, and give incentive to the players that tend to get targeted a lot.

That's kind a loaded question ecvej. Which one is faster would depend entirely on whether or not you get the hmr or not which is a probability factor. I personally feel self reps are a better way to go in the long run, (especially if you have active reppers at your disposal), but as Brooks said, the...
