Its a nice idea to work out. I was afraid that if TVS gets big again (say a 100-150+ actives) the legion battles become too harsh. and I doubt many people are motivated to start over all the time after hard work. encouraging squad battles would definitely be nice. Balancing defo is an issue. Krills now have 6-7? players more than the bors. Its kinda weird how it distributes the players. Increasing the weaker legions fire power is an option.. but it doesnt increase their activity. And that is always the issue between legions. Whats the point of being tougher, ...

yes, council size per legion has been increased to lower the burden and thus make LC less important and increase teh importance of the council.

Tho I am unsure as of how ecvej sees this for the future.
