I am not answering your questions, this is ridiculous at this point. I explained to you why its strategically unimportant for you to shoot a bunny in those scenarios. You want to modify them and add new parameters on top of that to fit your needs, so I am not going down that path any further. A line...

Your contrived scenarios do not occur on a regular basis in the game. In conjunction, all 5 of those scenarios either offer no strategic value to shooting the L1 or information gathering would occur separately from that L1 being in sector - so the need to kill it is moot. You are blowing this issue ...

I don't think Self Destruct is the answer because by the time the legion fizzles out, its already too late - they've been farmed and people have went inactive due to being on the lame legion.
