Adapting cloakers

I have suggested and played around with ideas for cloakers, to make them a more interesting ship.

If they had the ability to drop decoys (that took more than just one shot to kill) to help boost scans and get sector domination.

They can either collect scrap to do this or it could cost a portion of their HP to create.

It doesn't matter if you are cloaked as the decoy is instantly visible on scans.

The debate would be can you drop a decoy and hyper.

lets make cloakers actually worth something, they should be the scout ship of the legion.
