I was just clicking enemy scan very fast. Mid-tick attacks were probably occurring around that time. (oh and only happened once, I should read the part about if the problem persists XD, tired)

On a plus note you are one of the few people who, when posting a bug, include both the error log *and* add a description of what they were doing at the time. This puts you in the top 1% of the population!

Heres first screenie before changes:
As you can see the sender column is actually already tabbed to the right off of normal. Anyhow deleted the chain but the last one.
Now I deleted the last one. It had no effect. As I noted in the bar this bug apparently does not happen for private message chains and I didn't really have any other than our comms at the time. However when I deleted the last on a different chain the sender column adjusted on me a few spaces to the left(Got slightly smaller):
And then after your reply to me it reverted back to correct format:
