neither ANT or myself have moves on tick 11 its odd. when tick refreshed we didnt get moves

There was an error in the code that automatically picks a new squad leader. First time that piece of code was used so hence why that tick didn't work but others have. I do need to put code in for when the ticks fail like they used to at v1 although it should be much rarer here as no page access is allowed when the tick is updating.
