Changes for the new game tomorrow…
- Adding scrap to the base (or dock) will only increase the maximum hitpoints if the current hitpoints are increased above the maximum.
- Dock repairs no longer score any points, but the amount done per repair should be higher.
- Logging for changes to VC in LC controls.
