If scans are to be restricted to certain sectors there should be an indication on which sectors can be scanned to save clicking aimlessly.

Just to add: the LC scans window is a bit wider than the 'main part' of the website. Thus, if you play TVS in a 'fitted' window which only shows the normal website, the LC scans close button will not be shown. As there are not many information shown, I suppose it would not be much of a problem to decrease the width of the scans window? <- I barely understand this explanation myself. If it's unclear, I'll provide some visual explanation.
