yes, council size per legion has been increased to lower the burden and thus make LC less important and increase teh importance of the council.
Tho I am unsure as of how ecvej sees this for the future.

Wanted some more testers to look at the LC scans. It'll probably go to 3 for the test beta

Bah, wish I wasn't so busy, I'd keep playing more. Really enjoyed being in that frantic...might get in again after the summer. Though I'll be starting on a Ph.D., so I'll have to see how much time that takes.
Plus I continue to resist getting a smartphone.
