3) Automatically put people joining a legion in a ship from that legion which gets overridden when they come back alive by choosing a ship.

I'm thinking either 1 or 2.

All ships can now pickup scrap. This is part of a larger change toward making scrap a more important part of the game. Currently all ships have the same scrap limit but that may change.
Fighters et al now get points for bombing bases.
Reppers bonus points work as previously with the exception that they only apply if the target ship is of a higher level.

Journal is still being worked on and should be in soon.

Thanks for the offer :) I have replied to the PM you sent me but for public reference I will do a post somewhere of things people can do to help if they're willing to pitch in.

Unfortunately we do get a lot of offers to help that vanish when we say yes. The classic example would be the mobile apps. I've lost count of the number of people who have promised to update the android app or make an iphone app and so far zero lines of code done :(

Please test the journal. In particular:

1) Does it save correctly in all browsers
2) Do special characters cause any errors

Added a redirect so that everyone now uses the https version of the site. Any issues then let me know before I make the change permanent.
