Anychance of Legion Commands being added to the left "bar" or into the top bar along side Ship/Account etc?

Anychance of Java version of LC scans. For some reason my phone can't utilise the normal version but can Java

I really like the legion news in the nav bar idea. That would be really helpful for last minute targetting.

Otherwise I think it was Calundra and me were discussing having it scrolling across the top of the screen, just below the TVS logo and above the menu bars.
